Farmweld offers excellent opportunities to talented,
hardworking people. We seek people who aim to deliver the most
value for our customers, whether it is in welding a feeder, selecting
materials, drawing a floor plan, training an operator how to use
our FASTū scale or arranging shipping. Good people are the most
important resource we offer our customers.
Teamwork is Essential at Farmweld
Employees work together to share ideas, customize
orders, plan work and meet deadlines. We strive for an atmosphere
of mutual respect, openness and honesty in a clean, safe work place.
Family values, community involvement and personal growth are also
respected and supported.
We Recognize Good People
Employees are recognized for their dedication in many ways. We offer
excellent compensation packages, including competitive salaries,
major medical coverage, profit sharing and paid vacation. When the
work load indicates, overtime for manufacturing staff is offered.
Employees who go above and beyond may be recognized in special ways
such as "weekend getaway" awards, announcements at company gatherings
and other informal reward programs. Birthdays, work anniversaries
and special family happenings are also noted and celebrated.
Up-to-Date, Clean Work Place
Farmweld's headquarter facility is marked by a
spotless 35,000-square foot plant where feeders, gating, farrowing
equipment and other products are crafted on a per-order basis. Cutters,
press operators, welders, robotics operators, painters, warehouse
staff, designers and sales staff meet daily to discuss work flow,
challenges and opportunities. Sales staff – in-house and in
the field – assist customers, dealers and builders in facility
planning, equipment specification, ordering and delivery.
