Stronger, more durable

Two things make the Farmweld Flooring System last Ionger than other, lessor quality flooring options.

First, the material. Farmweld panels are molded from high quality crystalline polypropylene without added fillers or foaming agents. We selected non-porous polypropylene – instead of polyethylene or a recycled plastic – because of its excellent I strength, resistance to corrosive materials and ability to withstand cold temperatures.

Second, the Farmweld Flooring System includes several design components that add strength and durability. For example, our panels positively lock together so they are equally as strong at the edges as they are in the center of the panel. That means pigs aren't stepping through gaps or pulling up the panels.

Our 1/4" (7 mm) steel beams are 34 percent heavier than most other steel beams, which provides better support and less flexion. We also offer a fiberglass beam option. And our panels' unique stabilizer corners provide one inch support around the beams, which helps keep beams from slipping and tipping.

Easier to install

FarmweId panels lock together simple snap that doesn't quire special tools or skill. And because our 18" x 24" (458 mm x 610 mm) panels are 15 percent bigger than other panels, need fewer support beams. That means less cost for support beams and less installation cost.

Easier to clean

Farmweld's molded, polypropylene panels are less porous than some other plastic panels so waste washes off easily. Plus, we've eliminated many hard-to-clean spots in our panel design.

Perfect color for observing pigs

The bright orange color brightens nursery rooms. This makes viewing pigs easier. And it gives you peace of mind that you can see when the flooring has been cleaned thoroughly and is ready for the next group of pigs.
