One easy click for perfect adjustment.
The new Farmweld SuperClick Wet-Dry Feeder features a single click lever that locks the adjustment in place in 21 feeding positions plus one open position for cleaning. The innovative SuperClick lever eliminates the need for multiple clicks or cranks per feeder and simplifies training new employees in proper feeder adjustment. Instructions for setting the SuperClick can be easily incorporated into your farm’s standard operating procedures based on your feeder adjustment goals.

Spot-on adjustment. You can rest assured the SuperClick delivers the precise adjustment you prescribe. Each click with the SuperClick lever equals 1/32” in adjustment for extreme fine-tuning. That makes the SuperClick the most accurate adjusting wet-dry feeder available in the industry. Accurate feeder adjustment means less feed waste for better control of your most expensive input.

Designed for durability. The SuperClick is engineered with fully-hemmed end panels to add strength to the feeder. Reinforced, gusseted foot plates offer stability for super secure bolting to slats. That helps protect the feeder from damage from even the biggest market pigs.

Superior pig comfort. Like Farmweld’s popular Jumbo Feeder, the wide, deep feed pans designed into the SuperClick are ideal for any size pig’s natural eating posture. Small pigs can step right into the feeder to work the agitator and large pigs have ample room for eating comfortably without having to tip their head or move in and out of the feeder to eat.

Solid dividers contribute to better performance and safety. Solid dividers are a preferred feature in Farmweld feeders because they work! Years ago, Farmweld teamed with Kansas State University scientists to study the effect of solid dividers on performance. The research concluded that solid divider feeders, compared with open rod feeders, reduce end weight variation because pigs ignore their neighbors and stay focused on eating. SuperClick solid dividers also contribute to safety because they are designed to keep small pigs from getting caught or injured underneath the dividers.

Easy to clean and drain. Most wet-dry feeders are difficult to clean and dry because feed pans just don’t drain well or at all. Detergent-laced, stagnant water remains after equipment is washed. Farmweld’s SuperClick is designed with a threaded, stainless steel coupler that can be opened to allow feed pans to fully drain. As an added convenience feature, Farmweld created a plug flapper that can be closed for feeding without fuss. That means baby pigs are met with fresh, clean water upon entry versus dirty, less appetizing water.

High quality water nipples. Each SuperClick feeder has a stainless steel, square water pipe that feeds Edstrom^* high quality nipples -- one nipple per feed hole. There are no screens or springs in the design for less maintenance and longer wearlife than lower quality nipples.

Various feeder lengths are available, including 42” (1067 mm) with three feed spaces and 56” (1423 mm) with four feed spaces, plus other sizes as required (must be increments of 14” (356 mm)).
